PILATES
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

STRETCH & CORE
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. ... Injured muscles may not be strong enough to support the joints, which can lead to joint injury. This class has been designed by incorporating many physio base stretches, PNF stretching and combinations of movement to increase your flexibility. Adding the Joseph Pilates Abs series makes this a brilliant session for all levels. (An alternative to Yoga).

Bfit DANCE FIT GOLD
After teaching Zumba Fitness classes since February 2010, I have branched out and now release Bfit Dance Fit Gold. This fun low-impact dance session incorporates music from 60's through to today's hits. The class is gentler on the joints and improves balance and coordination, helping to reduce the risk of falls. It is a modified version of the popular Zumba fitness program specifically designed for older adults, beginners, or those with limited mobility which incorporates dance styles Cha cha, Salsa, Cumbia, Tango and Cumbia along with other dance types. Options are always given so everyone can work at their own pace. Come along and join this fun, easy-to-follow class!!.
