How long will it take for me to see results from Pilates?

What if I don’t feel like I’m doing Pilates ‘right’?
There is no pressure to ‘do it right’ and, like any new practice, Pilates takes varying numbers of sessions to ‘get it,’ though clients immediately reap the benefits simply by moving through the exercises. Your range of motion and ability to approach the ideal versions of the exercises will improve over time as you progress.
I’m uncoordinated at dancing, will I keep up with a Zumba® class?
One of the fantastic things about a Zumba® class is that there is no right or wrong. It’s called “expressing” yourself through dance. Come along and dance like no one is watching, because everyone else is doing the same!! Plus the more Zumba® classes you do the better you get.
I've never done Ballet, will I be ok in a Barre-Core class?
Yes, as Barre-Core classes are about conditioning the body rather than Ballet then no dance experience is needed.
